We understand that you may be in a grout color dilemma  or are eager to get started with your coloring project, but we make all of our colorants fresh for every customer to insure color accuracy, product reliability, and extended shelf life up to 2 years. 

We  can only ship your order on business days. So please allow yourself and us, a reasonable amount of time to receive your product.  If you have a question about your order, please send us an email at groutdye@aol.com , please include the name that the order was placed under and the exact date of that the order was placed.

  Buyer beware Some colorant companies actually produce and bottle colorants, months and sometimes years in advance, this  practice can diminish product reliability. Always order "Fresh Grout Colorants".

Out of Stock Items Take Longer.

Due to the overwhelming response we have had with our products, all items that we use to produce your colorant might not be in stock and may have to be ordered from the warehouse. If they are back-ordered, We will contact you to let you know when you should expect to receive your order.  

Out-of-stock items usually take two weeks to arrive, but please allow up to 3 weeks to be on the safe side!
